The eye doctor (I think her name was Lynne) was fantastic—really personable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that felt clear and reassuring. Chelsea, who helped me with frames, was equally wonderful. I came in with a few styles already in mind, and she quickly found them, let me try everything on at my own pace (no rushing at all), and offered helpful input when I wanted it. She made the whole process feel easy and even fun. From the eye exam to walking out with two new pairs of glasses, everything was seamless. Truly a great experience all around—I’d absolutely recommend this location.
