    These guys are just really disappointing and careless being the middle man for myself and others’ well-being. I had to switch to the King Soopers pharmacy a few months ago and have brushed off inconsistencies and an unbelievable lack of urgency since. I take numerous medications and, for one, they constantly switch the manufactures of medications. This can cause side effects for some medications and some effects more noticeable than others. If you’re unlucky enough to react poorly, you must wait out the uncomfortable side effects as you adjust to a new manufacturer only to repeat the process when you pick up your next refill. I’ve put up with this as at least I thought it would mean prescriptions would be ready day of and I don’t have long before I leave Boulder. But as of now I have been off of one of my medications that was sent in by my doctor a week ago. I have never had a problem picking it up, in fact it was accidentally sent to a pharmacy in Denver that immediately had it ready. I thought I could get away with avoiding the drive down there. I was told Friday evening that they would attempt to get everything sorted out on Monday and that I shouldn’t notice anything in the meantime. I’d rather not hope. I write this in response to noticing the effects of being off of the med for over a week. Then on Monday, I was told that I’d need to wait another week as they need to receive authorization from insurance. Which would have been annoying but acceptable had they requested the authorization when I first requested the medication. I do think, and I may care more than others, that professionally handling devices that control a person’s physical and mental well-being does not warrant a “I’ll get to it when I get to it” attitude and carelessness towards the details that may seem small but can throw someone off for weeks.

    TERRIBLE!!! Horrible experience with them said my medication would be filled on Saturday Jan 17th by 3pm I show up Sunday Jan 18th at the 10am and he says they still haven’t filled my media plus not recommended coming here at ALL! He then proceeded to tell me someone didn’t show so he can’t even begin to fill my prescription TRASH TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

    This place…. The worst….😂😂🤣 makes doctors look terribl.. medicine, terrible, customer srerivce top notch IN HELL 😢 Was starving… wanted a ham sandwich so bad and some egg salad BUT NO DAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 40 WHOLE MINUTE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Not coming here today, tomorrow, EVER again. 2 stars.

    lady came out of her lunch break not finishing her 2nd jumbo kfc bucket gotta wait a bit longer next time after lunch break, then another lady who can barely speak english came up. HIPPA VIOLATION EVERYWHERE
