Would give a 0 if possible.... Ordered a pair of glasses and the order came back wrong. Then reordered them and had to pay more money. When the new ones arrived, they never worked correctly with my eyesight. When I came to have them adjusted, was told that they could do nothing because it was too far past the original date of purchase. So now I've paid twice for useless glasses and for a service plan..

Two years ago, she forgot to do my contact lens exam, so I had to pay for two exams. Should’ve known then this wasn’t the place for me, but I gave it another shot. Big mistake.
Fast forward: she gives me the wrong prescription. I’ve now spent over a week trying to get the correct one. No portal access, no calls, no emails — just radio silence. I even stopped by the office, and was told, “Only the doctor can give it to you.” Cool. Maybe she’s chiseling it into stone tablets.
Honestly, this doctor does not care. At all. Not if you live, not if you die, and definitely not if you can see. I’m done wasting time and money here. Go anywhere else — literally anywhere — if you value your vision (or basic human interaction)
