The desk gal -JULYANN (Store 2031 - was no help at all. I paid for Nuance frame with no prescription, clear lenses. That was October 9. Still no tracking and she would presumably help me figure out why they haven't shipped yet. Not to be. Jujyann told my wife that others were getting theirs within a reasonable time. Julyann also gave her a corporate ph.#. That gal said they don't talk directly to the customer directly and hung up on me. Not good . Service loop needs some help. Needless say I will be calling the Colorado Consumer Affairs.

The optometrist was very unprofessional. She just shrugged her shoulders when I caught an error on my rx and said, "It doesn't really matter." She then huffed off silently to correct it and did not respond to my thanks.

The gov defunding of senior training program negatively effected my finances. I made it clear when I made the appt that I do not have cash . My Aetna insurance covered 400$ for eye care yet I did not leave the office with a rx nor order for new glasses. Unfortunately I could not pay the 49$ demanded for services at the time I completed my eye exam. I asked to be billed. Unfortunately my offer was refused. Very unfortunate situation. I'm sorry our gov has negatively impacted the lives of so many of us who are low income gov dependant at this time. Sincerely I wish the best to target optical and all seniors effected by gov defunding our very necessary programs that would otherwise improve our finances and quality of life. Thank you. Aehf
