  Hardly any wait compared to other pharmacies I’ve been to. The staff there is definitely overworked, but are always nice and responsive.

  New Years Eve 2025, I received an email at 3:50 PM. that my precription was ready. I got there as soon as I could, 4:12, only to find they closed at 4PM. I pleaded with the male pharmacist that the medication was critical for me. He berated me for not knowing that they closed at 4, even though the hours on the email I received had only their regular hours, i.e. open until 9. He is arrogant an uncaring. Knowing that they would also be closed New Years Day, I asked if he couldn't work something out. Nope. Cash registers were shut down. Too bad for me. All he had to do was take my card and hand me the medication, take the number down, and charge me later. I have been a customer there for a year, getting this prescription and others. This guy is the epitome of what this country is going through. He is the typical person with an authoritarian personality, more interested in being right with the rules in his own mind, than doing what is right by extending himself and acting with the compassion we would expect from a professional in the medical field.

  Worst pharmacy that I have ever had dealings with in my life. Only took me a month to switch back to my old pharmacy. A bad welcome to Gunbarrel after moving here. Need to close the place. Apparently I'm not the only disgruntled customer

  Zero stars. Extremely disappointed with our experience at this King Soopers pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. We had an urgent prescription sent by our doctor for our infant, yet we were told it was “over the counter” with zero effort made to look into it or help us find a solution and we couldn't at all find it over the counter. The tone and attitude were snarky and dismissive, not what you expect when you’re stressed and trying to get care for a baby. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. We will not be using this pharmacy again. Unprofessional and unpersonable staff made an already tough situation much harder.

  Very slow, poor communication between staff. Put me in serious medical distress because of how slow and behind they are. After years of going here, it's time for me to find a new pharmacy. Also, why close for lunch and not stagger your lunch breaks? What a dumb business move.
