    The Perfect Workout has been my saviour this summer. I started 3 months ago, have lost over 13 inches, and have finally worked out regularly. I give it all I have, and feel sore for several days every time. Faith is truly awesome. She really knows her stuff, and is a huge help, and a great support! I highly recommend this gym!
