They consistently dismissed my daughter who kept telling them she was seeing double, and me suggesting that there might be something wrong with the machine. Finally, the remote doctor joined and identified that a setting was tripped in the machine that shouldn't have been. It them took them another 15 min to reset everything. All in all, a very poor and lengthy experience. I will not be going back and will not be using their remote doctor system again.
