- BLBilly LFeb 28, 20265.0Jessica P at CorePower Yoga North Boulder just ran my body like it was a stolen rental car and somehow I said “thank you” after! 🧘♂️ 💯 🫶 I walked into C2 feeling like a slightly stressed human noodle. I walked out feeling like a weaponized noodle with posture, purpose, and suspiciously strong glutes. Jessica teaches like she has a remote control for your brain. One second you are thinking “I am calm, I am peaceful,” and the next second you are in Chair Pose realizing you have regrets from 2009. Her cues are so clear it is almost unfair. She will say one sentence and your whole spine is like “YES MA’AM, ALIGNING IMMEDIATELY.” She’s got that perfect mix of supportive and savage where you feel safe, seen, and also mildly challenged to become the main character of your own hamstrings. Also, the playlist? Whoever approved that deserves a promotion. I was sweating like I was defusing a bomb, but the vibes were so good I was like “honestly I could live here.” 10 out of 10. If you want a class that makes you laugh, shake, and walk out taller like you just won a small personal championship, take Jessica P at North Boulder. Your legs will file a complaint, but your soul will write a thank you note.
- BBBen BanetNov 19, 20254.0Bit of a different studio experience than I’ve experienced at other corepower locations- people loudly talking and laughing before and after class immediately when the teacher leaves and people scrolling on their phones during class. Never seen that at the ~5 corepowers I’ve been to, but only did one class here so take it with a grain of salt. That said, the teacher and class was up to the standard that I’ve come to expect with some fun, new poses that I haven’t seen before. The problems were with other students and not the teacher/studio. Perhaps that’s the college town vibe in Boulder?

I have to say that other corepower studios do not live up to the boulder corepower community - I went to many classes in boston and the quality was subpar compared to here. People say corepower is not real yoga but in Boulder it is. I am so glad to practice here and extremely grateful for the experience the Boulder instructors have provided me :)
