I have waited 2 weeks for a prescription, my parents have had the same issue with the staff saying they will have it ready by a certain time only to be turned away saying they don't have the shipment in yet. The lines are longer than a 30 min wait now and drive through is mostly always closed. A lot of the staff are rude and don't like to take responsibility for the company they work for. Very condescending and argumentative. I suggest going elsewhere to get your prescriptions.
