  I love this studio. This is my community; the staff, teachers and other students are welcoming and kind. The vibe is bright and inclusive and the classes are fun challenging. I especially love Jennifer’s classes! She is a warm light, her instruction has brought my practice to new levels and I am glad to have this studio as part of my weekly fitness journey. Thank you Y6 Arapahoe Rd!

  Beware. Main complaint is how the studio will attempt everything to sell you on an auto renewing package, including outright lying to you. An associate of the studio assured me it would be so easy to freeze a membership, since I had expressed upcoming travels. She said, “so easy, I can just do it myself for you whenever,” only for me to find out later when I emailed a few questions that they would be charging me fees I was never informed about. I brought this up to the manager emailing me, and they took NO accountability for this. They basically said, “well, sorry you’ve been misinformed; we’re still going to charge you.” Terrible management practices. They additionally only had a small set of instructors, which isn’t an issue in and of itself, but one of the ones I’d always end up catching for class was very unwelcoming and, quite frankly, mean coming off. Not the environment a newcomer would feel welcome in, especially given all their ads tout “community.”

  I’m a novice yogi and have found the new Y6 studio. It’s fair to say that I love this studio, their instructors and the classes! It’s a welcoming studio with a sense of community. I highly recommend this studio to all, no matter the yogi level.

  I haven’t done yoga for years (except videos at my house while my kids crawl all over me) and it’s been so great to start going to a studio again. I really like the variety of classes- sculpt and power for an intense workout, restore for relaxation, and slow flow (my favorite) for something right in the middle.

  Inviting studio and wonderful instructors. One of the best hot yoga classes I have taken.
