- YOYvonne OrendorfFeb 13, 20261.0Pretty disappointed in my last experience with the office staff at this location. The dentist is a great dentist. His front office staff does not represent the quality of work he does. I had been in the hospital and had to reschedule a cleaning and we pushed it for the next week. Since I was still in the hospital I had to reschedule. When I called the receptionist she was rude and said she needed to talk to the office manager to see if I could reschedule. Needless to say I am still waiting for the office manager to call back I even called back 2 days ago and requested to speak to her directly but the pitbull answering the phone did not let me. I have elected to pull myself and my 2 son's from this practice. Not because of the dentist or his employees but only because of the front office staff being rude and no compassion to others.
