They'll have my prescription on file for WEEKS, and still can't get me my medications on time. The automated system will even tell me to come get my prescriptions, but the pharmacy won't have them. Dealing with chronic illnesses is difficult enough, but not knowing when or IF I'll even get my medications makes it twice as hard. Thanks, Safeway!
