Dr. West's eye examinations were exemplary and comprehensive. However, the staff's assistance with lens replacement for existing frames proved inadequate. The information provided regarding Medicare coverage was inaccurate, as subsequent attempts elsewhere resulted in successful reimbursement. This discrepancy is a source of significant disappointment. While Dr. West's services merit a five-star rating, the Target Optical experience warrants a two-star rating due to the staff's lack of thorough investigation and accurate knowledge of Medicare plan coverage.
