  I have repeatedly had bad experiences here. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but continue to be frustrated. It took months to finally get my contact order figured out. When I ordered glasses from the prescription, I received my glasses and they were wrong. I went to the clinic and said,”oh, he for got to write this one part. Sorry” in the meantime, I paid for a pair of glasses that were wrong and had to order another pair AND pay for them. This last time, I ordered contacts only for them to be over $1000. When I checked on this, the manager said she would check with the Dr. and get back with me the next day. It’s been 3 days and I’ve still heard nothing! I’ve had it!!

  I came here to potentially fill an eyeglass prescription and the brunette lady working here is horribly rude and unfriendly. Her attitude towards me was awful. I know I’m not coming back here to fill my prescription.

  My girlfriend and I had a Horrible experience with two awful ladies who work there, when we went in to look for glasses the lady didn't even greet us she just said "we close in a couple of minutes" in a ugly voice we eventually found the glasses we wanted and when we went up she would rudely say we will need your prescription which I've had because I've done this multiple time lol anyways after feeling rushed we were told the glasses would take one to two weeks at max which it didn't I waited a whole MONTH!! Upon picking up my glasses this younger lady sounded like someone pissed in her coffee this morning eventually showing me the glasses we tried them on and they were very wide I asked if we could get them adjusted and she replied " that's how you ordered them" when this place didn't even take measurements they just take your money and time for some glasses that feel weak never shopping here again we will be returning our glasses and going to a place who cares and has good quality.

  For decades, the eye doctor has not been my favorite place to go- I prefer the dentist. I didn't know what my first visit to Target Optical would look like, but I needed help, so I took a chance on them. From the jump, Nicole and Oralee were friendly and welcoming. My exam was quick, yet thorough, and Dr. West made me feel confident in his care. Nicole and Oralee were so kind and made sure I had what I needed. They helped me secure a really good price for both my contacts and glasses, and I left feeling much better. Thank you so much!

  Nicole was not helpful at all I bought a pair of glasses from this location. When I went into get them replaced Nicole couldn’t find my account after me giving here all my info and my receipt. She later calls and tells me she found my account and I can come in and get my glasses fixed. I come in a day later and she tells me she didn’t have time to help me and she didnt know how to start the warranty process although she had no guest and still sent me away. She is a manager and still can’t do her job. I go to a target way out of my way to get my glasses fixed with the old manager of this target optical and she helped me right away no issues.a few months later a screw on my glasses fell off I had went in to ask if she could fix my glasses. she once again told me she couldn’t help me that she didn’t have the time despite having an empty store.i bought my glasses there and i have never had an issue going back and getting them fixed until Nicole starting working there. She told me she didn’t have a screw for them and didn’t even care to look she asked if I can come back and leave my glasses that it would take an hour as a person that is almost blind I can not go without my glasses. Nicole is very rude and not a very nice person she has no want to help me every time I come in. I go in at a different time and I find a different employee she helped me right away and it took her less then five minutes to fix my glasses one day after Nicole refused to help me. Three times I’ve went in and Nicole refuses to help me I need my glasses and they are important I need them to drive and to just to Anything basic. Nicole needs to learn how to be professional and more respectful of people that have spent there money to buy glasses there.
