- LKLynn KemlerOct 3, 20244.0Love the services provided here, the providers both for PT and chiropractic however sometimes billing through insurance is sometimes a struggle. They make me pay a copay even though I don't have a copay plan. Then it is a different amount everytime. Then I had a credit and they didn't charge a copay. Then a year and a half later they sent me a bill saying I owe almost $200. Which then forced me to go back and find the EOBs and HSA deductions to figure out if they were charging me correctly.

She helped me so much with the range of motion and neck pain. I will be returning.
