I stopped back at LensCrafters to ask their staff how I would go about getting the lenses corrected. The staff was incredibly kind and informative, including adding a week to the 30 day guarantee in case I had trouble getting back into the eye doctor for a re-exam. I came back today with the corrective script and again was met by very kind, competitive staff who did the correction. New lenses should be ready in 2 weeks. I am very impressed by their customer service!
