They got us in the next morning and within a short time we had new glasses. The staff was more than helpful and understanding. Everyone, from when I called to when we went in the next day. Customer service like that is priceless.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the fabulous state of the art equipment. It was easy to get an appointment, most importantly Dr. Lundgren was exceptional! It will be my “go to” from now on whenever I need a new perscription or glasses. The sales staff was “ zero pressure” very courteous and spent plenty of time working with me to select the proper frames. Again I was happy and pleased with my experience.

When I called in about week or two later the lady wasn't helpful at all end up calling I'm 3-4 times just to have receipt email to me last time just asked for Courtney had no issues. Other lady didn't even let me know my glasses were ready.
