    Complaint: Poor Service and Lack of Compassion I had dental surgery, and due to a minor mix-up, my prescription was re-sent and corrected within five minutes. Unfortunately, because it was close to the staff’s lunch break, they refused to even attempt to fill the prescription. One staff member offered to help, but the manager overruled her to prioritize their break at 12:29—leaving me to go to work in severe pain or cancel my work day entirely. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist a patient in obvious discomfort is unacceptable. It's not the first issue I’ve had here, but it will absolutely be the last. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for pharmacy care.

    Deleted my old review. It's improved since the first time I came here over a year ago. The staff might not be the most friendly, but they do their job correctly. The biggest issue is the lack of medications on hand regularly and the hours of operation. Wish they were open a bit later and wish their drive through actually functioned.

    Please consider matching your hours to EVERY OTHER King Soopers Pharmacy in the Denver Metro and close at 8 p.m. 7 is too early for so many working people.

    Sometimes there are long, slow-moving lines. Staff is nice, and efficient. Have had flu shots administered here, and they handle that process well.
