    I was told that all my prescriptions would be ready today by 3:30 the girl on the phone even put me on hold to confirm they were in stock!! not one called to notify me that my prescription couldn’t be filled and then the same girl said to come back tomorrow morning not a specific time or anything now I have to take time to be calling to see when I’ll get my medicine! At least give me a time or show that you care definitely got so much attitude from the phone call to in person! I was really hoping not to have any issues at this pharmacy but I didn’t even get an apology! Now I’m probably going to wait longer and there is nothing I can do since my dr office is closed!! If she would have told me at 2:30 when I called I would have had it sent elsewhere!

    Usually I have terrible service here. But every time Rickilyn is here, everything goes fast! Best employee in here by a mile

    The pharmacist was awful. Gave a shot to a patient who has Alzheimer’s when the caregiver was attempting to tell him NO. Crazy and so incompetent. He pulled up a state record that he claimed was complete history. IT WAS NOT!!! Two weeks ago the patient tried to get another vaccine and he was going to give her a different one but i was on FaceTime with them and told him NO. She could not give her name or phone number to him. Instead he sold he vitamins. The caregiver was outside as the patient does not like her on top of her and watching from a distance. When someone cannot supply their name and the pharmacist takes the persons phone from their hand to gather information that is WRONG. Beware of using this king soopers pharmacy

    Understaffed, but who isn’t these days?? Employees are always kind and helpful dealing with one customer needs at a time. They are always extremely busy and doing their best.

    Sometimes there are long, slow-moving lines. Staff is nice, and efficient. Have had flu shots administered here, and they handle that process well.
