From the moment I walked in, Beth made me feel genuinely welcomed with her warm, friendly greeting. She was professional, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The difference compared to previous visits is night and day; there’s a clear and positive shift in the overall atmosphere of the store. It feels organized, upbeat, and customer-focused. It’s great to see such a strong turnaround at this location, and I’m looking forward to continuing to shop here and support the new team.
