Every other place I contacted was dismissive and unhelpful, but when I spoke with Natalya, she kindly put me on hold and went to ask the doctor directly. When she came back on the phone, she confirmed they offered the test and told me to come in as soon as I could—no appointment needed. When I arrived, no one was at the reception desk because I quickly learned that Natalya handles multiple roles. She works at the front desk, serves as the medical assistant, and takes patients’ vitals before they see the doctor. Despite being incredibly busy, she remained polite, friendly, and professional the entire time. The doctor was just as welcoming and very knowledgeable. My kids and I felt completely comfortable in their care. Carbon Health isn’t the closest urgent care to my home, but I will absolutely return because of the exceptional service and care we received.
