  Visited this place yesterday due to leg pain and Dr. Shilo Smith was absolutely amazing! They found something and immediately sent a stat referral to get some imaging done. They actually saved my life. Any other place could've easily said I had a muscle injury. I am now taking medication I need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

  Elizabeth was great. Fantastic bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Chris was very kind and good at swabbing my 1.5 year old. Facility was very clean and well taken care of. Will return in the future.

  I went to this urgent care because I was feeling really sick and having chest pain, which was honestly pretty concerning. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor wasn’t great. I felt like my symptoms weren’t taken seriously, and it seemed like she didn’t believe what I was telling her about how I was feeling. At one point she commented that she hadn’t heard me cough the way I described, which made me feel like I was being dismissed rather than listened to. When you come to urgent care feeling worried about your health, you hope to be met with understanding and professionalism. The bedside manner during my visit didn’t make me feel comfortable or supported. I’m sharing this feedback because patient concerns should be taken seriously, especially when someone comes in with symptoms like chest pain.
