- JMJoAnn MyrvoldSep 3, 20251.0I moved back to Denver in June of 2025, I've had pneumonia and a blood clot in my lungs. I've been extremely weak in and out of the hospital. Haven't found a primary doctor yet becuz I've been too ill! My doctor called in a second month of prescriptions for me but the pharmacy won't fill them becuz they won't fill an out of state prescription for a second time. This is just a dumb policy!!!

I am not usually one to complain at all so I apologize. I called and was put on hold by three different people. I get you’re probably busy and I’m fine with being on hold. But, Each time I was taken off hold, I had to repeat why I was calling. Seriously when I’ve been off my medication for three days I do not have the patience. If you put someone on hold can you maybe come back like you say you’re going to? Maybe it’s a phone system issue, maybe not.

He has been so wonderful to me and my family. He has taken care of us every step of the way. He is efficient goes up and above for each of his customers and he's always friendly and willing to help. I also love the Pharmacy staff there too. They are so amazing each and everyone of them, including Karen, who is also terrific. I love the entire staff there and have such a good relationship with them. I am so grateful. Congratulations King Soopers for having such a great team at the Pharmacy!
