I have been going here for a few months now and it seems like every encounter that I have with filling a prescription. It’s something that they need or they give me the runaround. It’s completely unprofessional. Cathy is extremely rude especially to patients already dealing with enough. Dont recommend going here I will be switching back pharmacies and will make the commute.

- MMMninybMay 10, 20232.0Received medical procedure yesterday, and was informed the script would be sent electronically and ready for pick up by the time I was sent home after recovery. Script was received at 3pm and when I arrived at 5pm, was told it would be another hour. Protocol for scripts when medical procedures are done should take precedence. I had to suffer in pain all night. And with back surgery, now I have to drag myself back there. When I should be home resting. And had a ride to get me there the first time. Not to mention the staff of technicians are quite rude. They offer no empathy or compassion or kindness when approached at counter. They truly behave as though you’re interrupting their day, when it’s their job. Definitely not professional or properly trained.
