  Full disclosure I am a VS regular but occasionally I venture over there because they have been recently upping their game. I am an ole skool GNC fan as my flat ass could walk a Simon mall. What I presume is the contemporary red-head manager is the primary reason I return: congenial and extremely knowledgeable. #ENERGYDRINKS

  Really disappointed with my experience at this store. First time being to a gnc and in my opinion the employees are not very knowledgeable. I ended up getting two things both which i have to return because they are horrible. I come back a few days later, walk in and am told they aren’t open and that the employee will be back around 11. I will be returning this stuff and never coming back. Vitamin shoppe is way better

  I purchased the wrong item, and I've been trying to get item exchanged for the last 3 weeks, every time I've tried to go in, the door is locked during business hours. If you don't want to work during normal hours then tells us when you will be there!!

  First time back in a couple years, was greeted by a gentleman and purchased $100 in protein powder. He said " why don't you sign up for a membership again, you will save a lot of money when you come back. Also we need an email because we will send you special offers and keep you updated." Well long story short its been months and I still haven't received an email for anything whatsoever! I was expecting an email at some point at least saying thank you for being a member but that's what I get for thinking. Can find everything they have in store online for a fraction of the price elsewhere! I recommend nobody feed this place, it's horrible!!
