I have been training with Kasey for a while now, and I believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Kasey is focused on helping me achieve my goals. My fitness has increased noticeably, and i've seen improvements, she ensures that my techniques are always correct that encourages me to work harder, which makes me really, really enjoy my workout sessions.
I tried working out at a regular gym. A couple times and really hated how long I had to workout. Also bigger gyms are sometimes not so clean.
I went out of town and missed two of my workouts, and I truly missed it and could not wait to get back to start again and that is not like me at all. I really enjoy this type of workout and I really appreciate all of Kacey's help!

I have been training with Jacque at The Perfect Workout Arvada. I think she is fantastic! This has been such a pleasant surprise for me. I had a major health event two years ago and much to my great surprise, Jacque is super knowledgeable. She has been able to assist me and recognize my needs and in several cases, before I even had to describe them to her.
