    I've been on this program for over a year, I don't use any of the app or secondary programs offered, only workouts with the local trainer and equipment: I've never achieved this kind of results (which I started feeling and seeing in the first month) and been so excited to stick with a workout program before. This is what working smarter not harder looks like.

    I’ve begun to prepare to move and the furniture is the heaviest I’ve ever moved. (Oak, walnut, cherry woods) I’ve been working out with perfect work out now for 12 sessions and I honestly don’t think I would be able to help move the furniture if I weren’t working out with The Perfect Workout… Thanks to my amazing trainer Kacey!

    I have been training with Jacque at The Perfect Workout Arvada. I think she is fantastic! This has been such a pleasant surprise for me. I had a major health event two years ago and much to my great surprise, Jacque is super knowledgeable. She has been able to assist me and recognize my needs and in several cases, before I even had to describe them to her.

    I have been going to The Perfect Workout Arvada and it has increased my strength and trimmed my body. My trainer Jackie is awesome. She is encouraging and helps me push myself to achieve of goals. Give it a try and see what can happen
