  Cannot say enough about Sergei - I had a special request for a family for a very very tough product. He worked from Sept 2025 to Feb 2026 and submitted to Medicaid, and worked with denials for 6 months. We were unable to get the product at this time (Medicaid denials, definitely not from lack of effort) but the amount of work he put in for this family was unbelievable, communication updates to me are consistent so I can report to the family. Never seen a DME company work so hard for a family and keep in such good communication. I will definitely be sending future requests and equipment Rxs to them.

  Had the best experience with Sergei, he was very quick at responding to all my questions and quick to get insurance approval and everything setup. He came out and installed a bed and was very proficient and did an amazing job. Very caring.

  The team was extremely helpful throughout the application process and in obtaining all the required documentation from the doctors. They followed up consistently to ensure everything was completed on time. Once the bed arrived, they came promptly for delivery and installation. Thank you again for the professional service, support, and attention to detail.

  All involved were very helpful and showed that they cared. They communicated well with what was going on and what I needed to do. Originally I was denied by insurance however they were on my side and got it approved. I was so relieved and surprised at the same time.. Thank you to the team that helped and to Sergei for delivering and setting up the cubby bed.
