  I had an appointment with this office today 4/06/26. I was told that they would not accept my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross). I was told that for certain of their patients they did accept and bill Anthem. I did have a short consultation with the surgeon. Afterwards the finance person told me that my root canal would cost me $3800 out of pocket. I told her that I am on a fixed income. I needed to find a dentist or specialist in my insurance network. Upon leaving I was charged $433 for a consultation that lasted 15 minutes. 4/07/26 Ashley reached out to me this afternoon. She told me that she is the office manager. She was not in the office yesterday. She apologized for the misunderstanding and that I should not have been charged after I declined service. She agreed to refund the total amount paid yesterday. She also offered to forward the CT scan to the in network office where I will have my procedure performed. I expressed my gratitude for a fair outcome.

  I have not had a root canal in over ten years. Unfortunately, I developed a cavity under an old crown. My regular dentist suspected a deeper infection and sent me to Dr Matthew Kiebish. Dr Kiebish used the latest in endodontic equipment (digital x-rays and high-definition cone beam imaging) to diagnose my deeper root infection and latest endodontic procedures (with a microscope) to clean out my deep roots and save my tooth for a new crown. A lot has changed in ten years. Thank you Dr Kiebish.

  I was referred for potential root canal. They got me in quickly (9:30 am 2 days after I called - late afternoon). Professional staff and offices - very clean. I got lucky and got the work same day as their assessment. Only room for improvement was the online intake only partially auto filled some answers with information I'd already answered and the form seemed long but then all insurance billing and my payment responsibility was clear at the time of my evaluation. So still feel 5 stars is appropriate.

  We had a great experience at AVOS Dental. My teenage daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming to both of us. Everything started on time, the procedure was quick and seamless, and we had access to post-op support over the long weekend, which gave us peace of mind. I’ve also been here myself for a root canal and a tooth I was told might not be salvageable, and they were able to save it. That meant a lot. Overall, we’ve had consistently positive experiences here and would definitely recommend AVOS Dental.

  This all started Jan.20th when I fell down cement steps and landed face first destroying top 4 four front teeth. After getting out of hospital I was referred to Avos dental specialist Dr.Dustin was very reassuring as we started the process step #1 was stabilizing my teeth with braces and hoping my severely damaged teeth would survive after 6 weeks in braces it was apparent my teeth wouldn't survive. So onto step 2 After extraction of top 4 front teeth and bone grafting I was fitted for an Essex retainer which I received March 30th. Although these are a temporary fix as I wait to heal for next step of dental implants. My Essex retainer fits perfect and looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Thank you to Dr. Dustin and his very professional team as I am now able to smile and show off my beautiful retainer while the healing process goes on.
