  Consult went well and doctor seemed fine; I was ready to go with the work I needed done. I paid the money for a scan and then nothing. No contact for 3 weeks. I finally called and after several tries got someone on the line who said they would call me back that day to schedule. And then nothing. Called and texted the next day and was told the doctor still hasn’t reviewed my scan and they would call me back. And then nothing. I finally texted and said I would like my money back to take my business elsewhere and that got them wanting to schedule me immediately. I get it, the week I called was short staffed and that led to delays, but that doesn’t excuse the 3 weeks of not even looking at my scan and scheduling the work. I decided there are other places to get this work done that will pay better attention. Getting my money back was quick and easy so that’s a plus.

  This is my third time here. The experience was okay, the doctor knows his stuff and gets it done quick. The assistants can be a bit slow, which caused many times I be done with stomach aches with the amount of tooth paste they put on me without cleaning it properly and wonky equipment. I come out less satisfied than if I were to just brush my teeth in my own house. In time I see this place improving, but right now it’s okay.
