Ich habe gleich drei modische, harmonische und natürlich perfekt korrigierte Brillen gekauft und bin mit allen sehr zufrieden. Die Beratung war kompetent, persönlich und professionell. Ich kann das Team und das Geschäft absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Das Team ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und nimmt sich Zeit für eine kompetente Beratung. Ich habe mich nie unter Druck gesetzt gefühlt und wurde bei der Auswahl meiner Brille bestens unterstützt. Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

But when I came in for the eye exam required for my driving license application, the front desk employee forgot to tick some boxes, which I only noticed when the canton sent my application back. When I raised it, there was no apology/empathy at all until I pointed out that it was strange the form hadn’t been filled out correctly in the first place. Even then, the response was to deflect with ‘the canton’s request is weird’ and questioning why a second timestamp would even be needed. Not exactly reassuring when you’re trusting them with official paperwork.
