Eine riesige Erleichterung für uns, da er sehr imobil ist und krank. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Frau Schneider, die dies sehr einfühlsam und kompetent umsetzt und bei Visilab für diesen Service! Wir wären auch bereit einen Preis zu bezahlen dafür, Wegpauschale sozusagen.

Unfortunately, during the repair process, one of the lenses was accidentally scratched. What impressed me was how professionally the team handled the situation. They took full responsibility, replaced both lenses with ones that are very close to the originals, and waived the repair cost without any discussion. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a company responds. The staff were courteous, solution-oriented, and committed to making things right. I left as a satisfied customer and truly appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. Thank you to the Visilab team for standing behind your work. I would happily recommend you.
