- JFJay FirenzeOct 8, 20264.0Here’s a lovely spacious & welcoming showroom where you may find your next pair of glasses -I did not actually need frames, but new lenses due to my undergoing cataract surgery. This company offers a full refund for the temporary lenses with the new script you’ll need after the surgery-and following the 4>6 week ‘settling down’ phase-when the final new script is able to be provided by one’s surgeon - they then make your final lenses: in brand new frames of your choice- or as in mine .. I reused my own frames. The internal VisiLab processes were not so well managed I’m afraid -not withstanding the best intentions of my valued optometrist Noel… but the quality and integrity of product is very good indeed. I was even able to have made a custom tint added to the final lens > matching my own frames ! For but what I regard as a nominal price only. A very fine result I’m pleased to say, & it’s not usual for big companies to be so flexible and offer such individualised outcomes, in my international experience. Recommended, but regrettably with my qualifications regarding communications/service.
