He replaced the nose pads on several pairs of my Ray-Ban sunglasses quickly and with great care. Thanks to his excellent service, I can finally enjoy wearing my favourite sunglasses again! Dabei wurde ich von Arlind (bin mir aber beim Namen nicht mehr sicher) sehr freundlich beraten:) Er hat seinen Job wirklich sehr gut gemacht! Nicht mal 2 Tage später war dann die Brille bereits angekommen und ich konnte sie direkt abholen. Komme auf jedenfall hierhin zurück!

Als jemand, der erst vor Kurzem in die Schweiz gezogen ist und aufgrund der Sprachbarriere bei solchen Dingen schnell unsicher und nervös wird, war dieser Besuch für mich eine beste Entscheidung. Obwohl ich sehr zurückhaltend und nervös war, hat mich der liebe Arbin (ich hoffe, ich habe seinen Namen richtig geschrieben 😊) von Anfang an unglaublich wohl fühlen lassen. Er hat mir alles sehr ausführlich, verständlich und kompetent erklärt und mich wunderbar unterstützt. 🌸❤️🙏🏻✨ Da ich selbst seit vielen Jahren im Dienstleistungsbereich arbeite, kann ich ehrlich sagen, dass er zu den aufmerksamsten und engagiertesten Mitarbeitern gehört, denen ich bisher begegnet bin.
