  Dreadful experience with Amavita Apotheke at Zurich Airport. A package with medication sent by zurRose in emergency before an international trip was unexpectedly blocked by the SwissPost. Therefore zurRose tried to source in emergency an essential prescription medication. Amavita sent no timely updates. The only SMS received a few days later (when I was already abroad) stated that the package was waiting for me + threatened that even if I don’t go to collect my medication, it will still be billed to the insurance WITH NO POSSIBILITY OF CANCELATION and that I would be forced to pay regardless—for a prescription medication that NEVER left their pharmacy and was NEVER handed to me. From my point of view, as long as the medication does not leave their Apotheke but it is still billed, it means they are just RUBBERS and THIEVES and nothing more. In Switzerland the prices are already too high, the validation tax is 10.35 CHF, therefore I find the situation totally unacceptable, especially when the emergency attempt was organized by zurRose because of a failing in the transportation process with Swiss Post. A formal complaint has been submitted to the Gesundheitsdirektion des Kantons Zürich

  Ein grosses Dankeschön an die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen R.Brasio und H. Böttcher der Amavita Apotheke am Flughafen Zürich. Aufgrund einer Flugannullierung mussten wir mehrere Stunden am Flughafen verbringen. Da die Insulinspritze meiner Mutter gekühlt gelagert werden muss, haben die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen sofort unkompliziert geholfen und die Medikamente für uns aufbewahrt. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie die kunden- und lösungsorientierte Art haben uns in einer stressigen Situation sehr geholfen. Solch engagierte Mitarbeitende sind nicht selbstverständlich. Herzlichen Dank für die grossartige Unterstützung!

  Ich wurde mit einem Grinsen bedient. Es gibt auch korpulente Leute, die etwas aus der Apotheke brauchen! Solche "Damen" sollten keinen Kundenkontakt haben. Ausserdem wurde ich schon telefonisch ungeduldig und unfreundlich beraten.
