Sometimes when you don’t stand at the exact right spot you can wait a very loooong time to be served.

Herzlichen Dank!

First of all the staff are not welcoming at all. They look like they're obliged to do the work and that you came to the shop bothering them (maybe we came to their house as an unexpected guest! ) The manager of the shop welcomes some nicely and some people he just ignores 🤷🏻‍♀️ (depends on looks maybe!) Our experience was not nice, uncomfortable and time wasting. They don't even clean the glasses before handing it to the customer (The glasses are not free) Comparing it to Fielmann, the experience is totally different, you find them welcoming, they really take care of the customer and their need. They've just lost a customer and lots of our friends recommended me not to go and I just chose it as it's close to us. And honestly it's because of the service, unprofessionalism and the manager treated us like we're not welcomed even though he was just laughing with the customers before. (Ps: We are respectable people and everyone should be respected) For the general Manager of Visilab; Please hire people that they want to work and maybe invest in a customer servise training. Thank you!

Herzlichen Dank!
