- EREugen RippsteinMar 19, 20265.0Im Februar 2026 waren meine Frau (über 80) und ich bei Visilab im Zugerland Shopping Steinhausen. Sie musste sich ihre Gleitsichtbrille ersetzen lassen. Sie ist leicht gehbehindert, da ist diese Visilab-Filiale ideal. Mit dem Auto in die Parkgarage unter dem Shopping zum westlichen Lift, dann sind es in der obersten Etage nur wenige Schritte zu Visilab. Sie wurde sehr gut beraten, hatte viel Auswahl und konnte sich ihren Entscheid bei einem Tee reiflich überlegen. Auch für die Messungen nahm man sich die nötige Zeit. Leider ist Sie vor zwei Wochen heftig gestürzt und mit dem Kopf so aufgeschlagen dass die neue Brille arg zerdrückt wurde. Visilab hat Ihr diese ganz kulant wieder perfekt hergerichtet. Wir empfehlen dieses Geschäft gerne weiter.

Nach vielen Jahren von Fiehlmann zu Visilab, war leider ein Fehler 😞 Nach 2 Jahren haben die Probleme mit der Brille begonnen, leider nur Reparaturen und alles zu Lasten des Kunden. Nach 3 1/2 Jahren habe Sie mir gesagt das Lebensdauer Brille erreicht ist und das alles bei einer eher schlechteren Beratung und niedriger Qualität der Brillen und Gleitsichtglässer ! Viele Dank für Ihre Bemühungen und auf nimmerwiedersehen !
- NMNova MeFeb 21, 20261.0Horrible customer service. I have been a happy customer at Visilab in Pully for years, this store is horrible. Bought an expensive pair of glasses, within 1 month free was broken. Shop said I did it. Other visilqb confirmed manufacturing issue. Despite glass protection paid, big scratches on my glasses after 8 months nothing happened. Again the answer was there is no solution you did this yourself and will have to pay full price for a replacement. Will never come back here and have another option check if I actually have the anti scratch layer as I don’t even trust anymore they gave me the glasses I paid for. Been to the store three times, either no solution was offered or replacement at full price. The comment thank did not reach out directly is therefore false. Blaming customer and asking full price for repairs is the only thing offered (even for the manufacturing issue with the frame).
