  Went to the store to inquire about a product displayed in the window and met super nice and friendly lady I think her name was Astrid. Anyway as it happens talking took turns and another product was talked about because I have been experiencing some numbness in my hands. So I ended up purchasing Padmed Circosan N and it seems to be helping. Of course more time is needed to have full benefits. Thank you Astrid for your time and help. I think the staff in this place know their products and are there to help.

  During my trip to Zermatt on 18 July 2026, I had an unfortunate fall and suffered abrasions on my knee. I visited this pharmacy for help, and the medical staff member who attended to me (I believe he was the person in charge) was exceptionally kind and professional. Thanks to his excellent treatment, I was able to continue enjoying my travels with minimal discomfort. I am truly grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone in need of medical assistance in Zermatt. The name of this pharmacy is Amavita Pharmacy Zermatt.

  I have been fortunate to have met this Pharmacist, Astrid. She is such a wonderful human being in every possible way - whom served me in the most caring manner that I don't really experience in my own country. She is not interested in selling me OTC medicine, but more concern of my wife's conditions (she was possibly suffering from altitude sickness) so that the right medication can be given. She even pulled me to consult with the nice doctor (in the same pharmacy) to get second opinions. After prescribing Ibuprofen, Astrid even went the extra mile to inform me to call for emergency doctor services and printed out a list of Zermatt's emergency doctor call list. Thank you Astrid and Amavita pharmacy, my wife has since recovered from her severe headache.
