- VLViet Duy LamMay 15, 20265.0Heute war ich bei Visilab im Einkaufszentrum Mall of Switzerland, um mir neue Brillen anzusehen. Dort wurde ich von einer Mitarbeiterin namens Jasmin beraten. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unglaublich geduldig. Obwohl ich bei der Auswahl sehr unentschlossen war, hat sie sich viel Zeit genommen und mich ehrlich und kompetent beraten. Ausserdem musste ich einen Sehtest machen, den ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin namens Melina durchgeführt habe. Auch sie war sehr freundlich, professionell und geduldig, wodurch der Sehtest angenehm und entspannt verlief. Dank den Unterstützungen habe ich mich während des gesamten Besuchs sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Ende war ich mit meinem Erlebnis bei Visilab sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Dankeschön an Jasmin, Melina und das ganze Team für den ausgezeichneten Service!
- RWRemo WegmannFeb 3, 20264.0Meine Frau und ich haben beide eine umfassende Beratung für sogenannte PC-Brillen gehabt und waren dann vom Ergebnis der Gläser sehr ernüchtert, was wir als Feedback auch direkt gegeben haben. Die Distanzen zum Bildschirm müssen individuell erfragt und nicht nach Standard interpretiert werden! Die Reaktion darauf muss als besonders wertvoll hervorgehoben werden. Unser Feedback wurde wertgeschätzt und die Brillen wurden korrigiert und dies in Garantie. Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Zeitaufwand für uns nochmal entstand. Aber grosses Lob an das Team des Visilab in der Mall. Herzlichen Dank

Leider nur nach Anfrage wurden uns noch mehr Kinder Brillen von der unteren Schublade geholt, hätten uns gewünscht, dass dies ohne Nachfrage gemacht hätte müssen. Unser Sohn hat dann eine Brille gesehen und ist nun sehr zufrieden.

Sie war professionell, hat sich die Zeit genommen, hat unglaublich viel Erfahrung, und immer ehrlich Und obwohl dies alles neu ist für mich, habe ich mich der ganzen Zeit wohl und ernst genommen gefühlt.
