Schon beim Betreten des Geschäfts merkt man sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Der Laden ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern, übersichtlich und wirkt extrem gepflegt und professionell. Die Brillen sind sauber und stilvoll präsentiert, was das ganze Einkaufserlebnis nochmals aufwertet. Ich wurde von Herrn Kanagarajah Anishan beraten, und selten habe ich eine so sympathische und gleichzeitig kompetente Beratung erlebt. Er war sehr aufgestellt, freundlich und hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Man merkt sofort, dass er die Materie versteht und genau weiss, wovon er spricht. Egal welche Frage ich hatte – er konnte alles verständlich erklären und hat mich sehr gut durch den gesamten Prozess begleitet. Auch der Sehtest, welcher vom Stv. Filialleiter durchgeführt wurde, war top. Sehr angenehm, ruhig und professionell geführt – man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und ernst genommen. Kein Stress, kein Druck, sondern eine saubere und präzise Durchführung. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die praktische Lage: Direkt neben dem Geschäft gibt es einen Parkplatz, was den Besuch extrem unkompliziert macht – gerade wenn man spontan vorbeigehen möchte. Mein Fazit: Kochoptik Baar überzeugt auf ganzer Linie – von der Beratung über die Fachkompetenz bis hin zur Atmosphäre im Laden. Hier nimmt man sich Zeit für den Kunden, arbeitet professionell und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt.
