  I like this place. very polite staffs and helpful. Evey single time I am there. After I had my glasses made by Fielmann from another branch and tried them on for over a week, I felt that they did not suit my round Asian face, my nose is also much smaller than Europeans. I chose to go to Fielmann in Olten because it was more convenient and I told them about my problem. They agreed to change my glasses without hesitation. Unfortunately, I prefer plastic glasses with nice designs that do not look stressed and do not look like I am too old and have nose pads, which suit my face better than metal glasses. And there are very few models to try on in the store, which makes me sad that I still can't find them. They also tried and were very patient with me to help me and always had a smile on their face. I feel good that they serve me every time and I still have to look for glasses until I find the ones that suit me because they will be on my face for several hours every day.It would be great if the store had a wider selection of eyeglasses.

  Bringe die Brille nie richtig sauber, hatten wenig Zeit, wenn ich vorbeigekommen bin, da es nicht gestimmt hat, hinter den Ohren etc. Es war eine teure Brille.

  Meine Tochter fährt von Murten nach Olten, weil sie nirgends einen solch kompetenten und freundlichen Service bekommt wie in McOptic Olten.
