  Leider kein positives Ergebnis. Ich wollte mir heute eine Sonnenbrille von Ray ban kaufen. Die Seiten Tür war offen, ( eine normale eingangstür von der man von draussen in das Geschäft gehen kann) es stand ein Schild an der Seite der Tür. Als ich durch diese Tür in das Geschäft gegangen bin, hat die Mitarbeiterin mich empfangen mit den Worten das ist hier kein Eingang. Als ich sagte oh Entschuldigung ich hoffe das ist ok, da ich es nicht so wahrgenommen hatte, sagte sie mir das es nicht ok sei. Sie hat verlangt das ich den Laden aus genau diesen Eingang wieder verlasse und wenn ich was will soll ich halt von der anderen Seite einmal aussen rum und durch das Center wieder rein kommen. Dies allerdings auch wirklich nicht freundlich. Sehr schade, ich wusste genau was ich kaufen wollte und wäre nach 2 Minuten eh wieder weg gewesen. Nach der Art und Weise der Mitarbeiterin habe ich mich dazu entschieden meine Brille in einem anderen Geschäft zu kaufen.

  I like this place. very polite staffs and helpful. Evey single time I am there. After I had my glasses made by Fielmann from another branch and tried them on for over a week, I felt that they did not suit my round Asian face, my nose is also much smaller than Europeans. I chose to go to Fielmann in Olten because it was more convenient and I told them about my problem. They agreed to change my glasses without hesitation. Unfortunately, I prefer plastic glasses with nice designs that do not look stressed and do not look like I am too old and have nose pads, which suit my face better than metal glasses. And there are very few models to try on in the store, which makes me sad that I still can't find them. They also tried and were very patient with me to help me and always had a smile on their face. I feel good that they serve me every time and I still have to look for glasses until I find the ones that suit me because they will be on my face for several hours every day.It would be great if the store had a wider selection of eyeglasses.

  Bringe die Brille nie richtig sauber, hatten wenig Zeit, wenn ich vorbeigekommen bin, da es nicht gestimmt hat, hinter den Ohren etc. Es war eine teure Brille.

  Meine Tochter fährt von Murten nach Olten, weil sie nirgends einen solch kompetenten und freundlichen Service bekommt wie in McOptic Olten.
