Yesterday, I explained that I was having problems with the new lenses I had bought from them that same day, but another sales assistant told me to come back on Monday. Since I really needed my glasses, I returned today instead. He listened carefully to my concerns, immediately understood the issue, and was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and professional. He replaced my lenses without hesitation and made sure everything was handled properly. Excellent customer service
