What is the point in having a paying station where people can/should be able to pay for items that don’t require prescriptions (toothpaste, soap, first aid… etc) if you NEVER have anyone that is at/near that position to deal with customers during after-work hours (6-7pm)? So those of us who just want to quickly come in and buy those types of toiletries instead have to wait in line for easily 10-15 minutes or more with people getting their prescriptions filled? I’m sorry but this makes no sense at all and I have only seen this “business model” at this particular Sun Store. I went along with it as long as possible, I politely mentioned it to staff (who are very professional, accommodating so really this is nothing against them) and nothing has come of it. Sorry I’ll be taking my business to places that operate with more common sense and some courtesy for customers (which ultimately also serves the establishment’s employees better).
