Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr freundliche Betreuung durch eine Lernende, die ihr Fach verstand und mich bei Bedarf auch kompetent unterstützte. Dadurch fühlte ich mich gut beraten und wohl während meines Besuchs. Obwohl ich normalerweise nicht gerne einkaufen gehe, empfand ich die Atmosphäre bei Visilab als äußerst unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter strahlten eine positive Energie aus, die den Einkaufsprozess deutlich erleichterte. Es ist wahr, dass Visilab im Vergleich zu anderen Optikern eher teurer sein kann, aber ich erkenne den Mehrwert, den sie bieten. Die Qualität der Produkte und die professionelle Beratung sind für mich den Aufpreis wert. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit meinem Erstbesuch bei Visilab im Joggeli und würde gerne wieder dort einkaufen. Die freundliche Betreuung und die unkomplizierte Atmosphäre haben mich überzeugt.

Die Beratung ist top, sehr kompetent und extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich fühle mich jedes Mal bestens aufgehoben und extrem zufrieden. Die Auswahl ist mehr als genügend und ich finde jedes Mal die perfekte Brille für mich zusammen mit der Beratung, die sich Zeit nimmt und mir nie das Gefühl gibt im Stress zu sein auch wenn andere Kunden im Geschäft sind. Für mich die beste Filiale von Visilab.
