- MWMike WayneAug 8, 20262.0Leider entspricht dieses Geschäft nicht dem Visilab-Standard, den ich von anderen Filialen kenne. Die Mitarbeiterin wollte am Freitag offenbar lieber Feierabend machen, anstatt die Brille richtig anzupassen – obwohl das Geschäft noch zwei Stunden geöffnet hatte. Zudem wurde mir gesagt, dass man mindestens 30 Minuten benötige, um die Gläser in das neue, identische, aber intakte Gestell einzusetzen. Normalerweise dauert das bei Visilab etwa 10 Minuten. Später wurde ich dann angerufen und darüber informiert, dass die Brille doch schneller fertig sei. Beim anschließenden Anpassen an mein Gesicht hat die Mitarbeiterin die Brille jedoch verbogen. Dadurch war sie komplett verstellt und ich konnte sie so nicht tragen. Deshalb musste ich am Samstag nochmals nach Bern fahren, um das Problem beheben zu lassen. In Bern schüttelte die Mitarbeiterin nur den Kopf, als sie die Brille sah, da diese beim Anpassen komplett verbogen worden war. Ich empfehle daher, direkt nach Bern zu gehen. Dort wissen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter wenigstens, was sie tun.

Das ist traurig. Es handelt sich dabei um einen Faden, der gerissen ist. Nun ja…… es ist wie es ist. Aber schade.

Frau Graf hat mich bedient, und ich bin ihr sehr dankbar für ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ihre große Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich hatte zwar einen Sehtest beim Augenarzt, aber meine Sehschwäche musste korrigiert werden. Frau Graf war sehr professionell und außerordentlich freundlich. Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen (5 Sterne).
