Als ich eine Brille brauchte musste ich nach dem Sehtest und aussuchen vom Gestell gerade mal 45 Minuten warten um die fertige Brille entgegen zu nehmen. Auch als ich nun Linsen als Alternative wollte wurde mir alles sehr gut erklärt und gleich Testlinsen mitgegeben. Ein paar Tage später durfte ich die neuen Linsen abholen. Werde in Zukunft immer wieder gerne im Visilab im Aarezentrum vorbei schauen.

Sehr arrogante Bedienung, ich wurde nicht ernst genommen. Somit habe ich noch immer keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Ich habe mich total schlecht aufgehoben gefühlt. Einmal Visilab, nie mehr Visilab Vielen Dank für Ihre Kontaktaufnahme, gerne habe ich heute nochmals einen Termin in einer anderen Filiale in Thun wahrgenommen. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und es wird versucht eine Lösung zu finden! Es geht eben auch anders, besten Dank!
