- DBDaniel und Pia BodmerJul 12, 20241.0Bei meiner über 800 fränkigen Sportsonnenbrille (Gleitsicht) mit korrigierten Gläser von VISILAB, knapp 3 jährig, hat es auf der Glasoberfläche kleine Erhebungen. Ich habe dies im Geschäft beanstandet (nicht aber die Kratzer). Von der Mitarbeiterin wie vor der Chefin wurde behaupte, dass dies Steinschläge sind, was so definitiv nicht stimmt. Eine Einigung mit der von Arroganz strotzenden Chefin erweist sich als nicht möglich. Damit ich es nochmals geschrieben habe, ich habe nicht die Kratzer beanstandet sondern die kleinen Erhebungen. Kundendienst mit der dazugehörenden Kundenfreundlichkeit und dem Service, sind schlicht ein flop und nicht vorhanden in der VISILBA Geschäftsphilosopie. Nie mehr wieder und ich hoffe, dass dies viele andere auch so machen!!

- CDChristoph DerendingerJun 14, 20235.0Bin nun ein halbes Jahr Kunde bei Visilab in Thun wurde immer sehr freundlich empfangen. Als ich eine Brille brauchte musste ich nach dem Sehtest und aussuchen vom Gestell gerade mal 45 Minuten warten um die fertige Brille entgegen zu nehmen. Auch als ich nun Linsen als Alternative wollte wurde mir alles sehr gut erklärt und gleich Testlinsen mitgegeben. Ein paar Tage später durfte ich die neuen Linsen abholen. Werde in Zukunft immer wieder gerne im Visilab im Aarezentrum vorbei schauen.

Das Gestell war leider nicht mehr in der Filiale vorhanden, doch man hat uns - ohne danach zu fragen - an eine Partnerfiliale verwiesen. Mussten so sogar weniger weit fahren. Das ist doch Kundenservice! Danke
