- SCSusan Cyrul3 days ago5.0I was on vacation from the US when my glass frame broke. I have prisms in the lenses, so I wasn't confident they could be fixed within the short time I would be in Bern. We walked into Visilab and was greeted by Sarah, who quickly was able to provide me with new frames, take the prism lenses out of my old frames and place them into new frames without hesitation. She was professional, kind and so knowledgeable. I will be forever grateful that we stepped into Visilab that day. She saved my vacation from a week of double vision!! Thank you, Sarah SO much!
