Leider gibt es jedoch einen massiven Minuspunkt in Sachen Kundenorientierung: Obwohl ich einen festen Termin hatte, wurde mir die Nutzung der Toilette verwehrt. Ich musste die Beratung unterbrechen, den Laden verlassen und mir irgendwo in der Stadt eine öffentliche Toilette suchen. Für ein Geschäft, das längere Beratungsgespräche anbietet, ist das absolut unverständlich und unhöflich. Fazit: Beratung top, Service-Infrastruktur leider ein Flop. Wer einen Termin hat, sollte besser nicht mit voller Blase erscheinen!

She also replaced a screw cap in my current glasses, as well as a nosepad, and helped me order additional contact lenses. The prices here are transparent and very fair. I made my appointment online and was in and out in 30 minutes and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend this location, it was well staffed at the time of my arrival with three different team members helping customers. Note that you may have to call or email the store for specific contact lens appointments since not all staff members specialize in this. Thank you all! 🌸
