Herr Bürgi hat sich an kleinste Details erinnern können, die ich nebenbei erwähnt habe. Man wird behandelt als wäre man der wichtigste Kunde überhaupt - was ich unglaublich zu schätzen wusste. Ich empfehle Koch Optik von Herzen weiter und würde nie mehr woanders meine Brille kaufen.

Nun hatte die Brille leider einen Fehler.... so etwas von unkompliziert, wie damit umgegangen wird. Ganz lieben Dank Frau Beyeler für ihre aufgestellte und unkomplizierte Art mit Problemen!! Das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr selbstverständlich!! Ich werde sie gerne auch bei dem nächsten Kauf wieder berücksichtigen!
