Wir sind ursprünglich nur wegen einer Brille für meine Frau ins Visilab Tivoli gekommen – und haben das Geschäft mit drei Brillen verlassen! Meine Frau hat eine Sonnenbrille und eine Alltagsbrille gefunden, und ich habe mich spontan für eine Meta-Brille entschieden. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles über die Qualität der Beratung. Herr Kevin Kunz hat sich über zwei Stunden Zeit für uns genommen. Er hat alles geduldig, verständlich und äusserst kompetent erklärt – ohne jeden Druck, ohne Hetze, einfach mit echter Leidenschaft für seinen Beruf. Man merkt sofort, dass er nicht einfach nur verkaufen will, sondern wirklich das Beste für den Kunden im Sinn hat. Solche Verkäufer und Berater findet man heutzutage kaum noch.
