Doch Herr Kunz hat mich freundlich und mit einer sehr sympathischer Art beraten. Auch das restliche Team war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nach ein paar Tagen musste ich die Brille anpassen lassen, weil sie mir an einer Stelle drückte. Auch da hat sich Herr Kunz bestens um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Werde künftig alle meine Brillen hier kaufen und meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Meine Frau hat eine Sonnenbrille und eine Alltagsbrille gefunden, und ich habe mich spontan für eine Meta-Brille entschieden. Das sagt eigentlich schon alles über die Qualität der Beratung. Herr Kevin Kunz hat sich über zwei Stunden Zeit für uns genommen. Er hat alles geduldig, verständlich und äusserst kompetent erklärt – ohne jeden Druck, ohne Hetze, einfach mit echter Leidenschaft für seinen Beruf. Man merkt sofort, dass er nicht einfach nur verkaufen will, sondern wirklich das Beste für den Kunden im Sinn hat. Solche Verkäufer und Berater findet man heutzutage kaum noch.
