The difference was amazing! The ladies I have dealt with at New Wave are some of the sweetest and most helpful I have ever encountered and I have had a lot of experience with doctors of all kinds. They explained everything in detail and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable; both there in their office and with my new hearing aids. They were wonderful and I can highly recommend them!
