    Lisa was 10 points above excellent. She and her staff went the extra miles to obtain my hearing aids. Professional, pleasant, personable. She actually volunteered to come in on a holiday to get me set up with them, and emphasized "service and maintenance after the sale". I highly recommend her!

    I highly recommend Miracle-Ear and the Yreka office. The folks were professional and very knowledgeable. I was able to take a trial pair of hearing aids home to test them out and that was huge. No other place gave this opportunity. The tech, Lisa, patiently answered all my questions, discussed the various options and pricing up front. They have better service than other places I have gone to, and with 1,500 offices across the US even if one travels you can get help with your hearing aids if needed! Hearing aids are expensive, no doubt about that, but hearing and eyesight are one of the most important items for health, so if possible don't skimp on your own well-being! Thank you Miracle-Ear for allowing me to hear clearly again!

    Lisa is a very nice and knowledgeable technician representing Miracle Ear, expertly explaining all details of tests taken and diagnosis of hearing loss of my husband. She showed us admirable patience in getting him set up with aids customized for him. Very efficient office and appointments and made the process easy and pleasant. Excellent follow up appointments to make sure he is completely comfortable and getting maximum benefits from these hearing aids. Thank you Lisa for making a difference.

    Lisa greeted me at the door and introduced herself. She was very professional ,nice and explained in detail what I should expect on my visit. She went over the anatomy of the internal ear both verbally and with pictures. She constantly asked if I was comfortable while being tested. After the exam she went over my results and answered all of my questions. She made sure to make my appointment for next year too! All in all I was very pleased with my visit.
