  We came here earlier of the week. Left after Sandra told us it is by appointment only. Went today for our appointment and she pretty much told us to leave. We explained to her and ask her to check the appt list. The whole time she was unpleasant and impatient with us. While we waited, she was on the phone and complaining people just dropping in and she is tired. Well, we had an appointment and it is not our fault if you feel overworked Terrible attitude terrible service terrible experience. Quest, please look into this.

  Horrible Horrible horrible experience. This is actually the first time I have ever posted a review for anything. But this is my second time here and the lady Sandra Reyes who is there is rude. always getting out of work. Told me she had no appointments today, but then online it said entire afternoon is free. And just talks condescendingly which all makes for a very ill bitter experience leaving the center.

  I needed some lab reports STAT! Sandy was able to take me in right away, she took my paperwork, submitted the needed lab reports and had me out of there quick. She was very professional and an all around nice person that actually cared. As a side note, she was also good with the needle and I hardy felt a thing... Thanks, Sandy

  Best lab ever I visited. They are so quick and nice that I love to come here. You just wait for 5 minutes with an appointment.
